Job Description

Sales Engineer – Based in Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Vientiane (Laos), Yangoon (Myanmar)

Duties and responsibilities of the job

We are looking for a honest, hard-working,  result – oriented and service - minded Sales Executive – located in Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Vientiane (Laos) and Yangoon (Myanmar) each for these countries respectively, with proven experiences and the passion of selling values to customers and ready to service them. And, the ideal candidate for this vacancy is expected to build up business opportunities by identifying and selling prospects as well as maintaining our current DC’s business with clients/agents in Cambodia/Laos/Myanmar.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen current DC’s business in Cambodia with existing customers/agents.
  • Recommends solutions to generate more cross/up selling opportunities for those clients.
  • Reach sale targets according to company requirements.
  • To be the first connection between company and customers to receive orders or customers opinions. Handling problems in personal ability and limitation before transferring to higher department for seeking solution/approval.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects in Cambodia; recommending solutions via consulting sales based upon technical values.
  • Seeking advice from upper management in Vietnam in regards to consulting and negotiating to a business contract.
  • Assist Sales Supervisor – Indochine on his/her regular business trips to Cambodia.
  • Work and cooperate with the Sales Support team in Headquarter (Vietnam) to process customers’ order and schedule delivery time.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information in regards to industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Delivers exceptional services to the prospects/clients by introducing new promotions, following up customers’ orders, supporting and listening to customers’ feedback as well as solving customers’ complaints (if any).
  • Report to the Sales Supervisor – Indochine on a regular basis and timely manner.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Supervisor – Indochine or the Upper Management.

Job Requirement

  • Integrity, creative, passionate, and self- disciplined.
  • At least 2-year experiences in Technical Sales, Sales, preferably in B2B.
  • Native speaker of Khmer with good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Speaking Vietnamese is a very strong asset
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Be willing to travel and working overtime.
  • Bachelor Degree, preferably related to chemical or material engineering or experienced in selling industrial products.
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
